Great sound quality, poor build quality.......2008-01-18

This is now the third time I have had to buy these earphones due to the same recurring problem: the end of the adapter that plugs into the phone keeps developing a faulty connection, eventually resulting in the loss of one of the channels (more commonly the left). This happens gradually over time and is extremely annoying, not to mention a waste of time and money as each time I have to go and buy a new adapter & earphones.

In terms of sound quality this is a great product and it works well as a handsfree kit too, just don't expect it to last more than six months.

Poor build quality, as I have come to expect from Sony Ericsson and any other big brand companies that sell their production rights to the lowest bidder.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
These headphones are rubbish. I got them for my sony ericsson phone and the sound quality sucks. The bass is terrible (if it even exists) and the treble is tinny. Ive had to turn all the trebble and voice down on my phone's equalizer just to stop myself getting a headache from all that tinny cymbal racket, and even though the bass is right up you can hardly hear it at all. I suppose i should have been more wary of earphones this cheap, but still i am very dissapointed.
The "plugs" that go in your ear are comfortable but very flimsy and they are prone to falling out, even with the 3 size earpieces that are included.
A complete waste of money for me, as the poor quality is forcing me to buy a different set from somewhere else!
If you are saying "well they ARE very cheap, do not be fooled! the p&p costs are about £5 ($10) which is a rip off.
My advice: DONT BUY THIS ITEM

These earphones are a great little buy - enabling you to fit your own earphones whilst retaining the Radio ariel. That said I ordered the LEB version & got the standard version. I ordered mine from ken2008 & whilst delivery was great & they were as cheap as chips he sent out the wrong ones. Amazon should try and pick up on this. Anyway - they are still a great product!!

wow these earphones are great when i got them with my black w810i as a package but i dont think they are limited edition because they come with all sony ericsson w810i

well what more can i say these headphones are not only excellent for the amazingly cheap price there amazing in general i would buy them for a lot more than the super cheap price of £4.01 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

these are probably the best set of headphones i own they even block out sound when no music is playing and come with different sized pieces for different ears so they never fall out.

people who think these are fake are WRONG they are 100% authentic and i would recommend them to anyone.

and just to let everyone know they work for my k850i and my mates w850i and they also have a radio tuner in them so the radio application on your sony ericsson phone will be compatible with this headset.
