Best I ever had.......2007-10-27
I run and I've never been able to find a pair of headphones that actually stay in. The in-ear phones aren't any good because your footfall goes straight into your ear. These ones have none of those issues. They are just excellent !
Sound wise - these are the best I've ever had. But I get the impression that others have had more types so maybe I'm just finding out what good means but I can't fault them.
As for the hurting that people are complaining about - The "spare parts" are actually different sizes for the plugs so you can get just the right one for you. It's the locking bit that you need to get right. First time out I had the wrong size and had some pain - I swapped the locking one for a smaller one and it's not an issue now !
Overall, I can't recommend these highly enough for, at the very least, the runners and probably for everyone else (as long as you don't mind luminous green wires hanging out of you :-)

I bought these for the gym/running and there are a lot of positives. the sound quality is great and they have never ever fallen out of my ears when running. The cord length is also the ideal length and, more importantly, they look good.
However, on the downside they take quite a bit of fiddling with the attachments before you find a combination that suits. I almost gave up but after several attempts I found a combination that worked. I have never found them to be uncomfortable when in place. My biggest criticism however, as others have already pointed out, is that its quite easy to lose the in-ear attachments.

These were the second pair of 'sports' headphones I bought. The first ones were the hook over the ear types made of a rigid one size fits all varity. Were cheap and can't even remember who made them
I jog a lot and these were fantastic when I bought them.
It is such an innovative and simple way of securing the earphones in your ear, allowing you to still have some outside noise but so you don't have hard plastic all over your head. They are light and sound was good. Used them for 6 months before the green cable started splitting.
Big prob for me was losing the little green ear bits that hook into your ear. In your bag they just keep coming off. I ended up using superglue and even this wasn't perfect.
Overall, great innovative idea and great if the ear bits don't get lost. Will be buying another pair and some stronger glue. Currently trying a whole load of other headphones
Disappointed.......2007-04-02
I am, or was, a Sennheiser fan. I bought these headphones as a medium price range pair to go to the gym with, and after I got over the initial discomfort (they don't fit like normal in ear headphones) I was pleased, they sounded great and they never came out of my ears.
Unfortunately the green pieces started to lose themselves, other reviews have mentioned the ease with which they drop off and disappear, then I discovered that the rubber wrapping the wire had split - I'm quite annoyed with how little time they lasted - about two months.
Disappointing!.......2007-03-20
I bought these headphones mainly for the design (I love the colours!) and the spec's looked good for a good sound and comfortable fit.
But I've found them very disappointing... The biggest flaws are the removable parts. On several occasions I needed to listen to the announcements at the station... I would take one off and leave it hanging around my neck... Only discovering I have lost one of the green rubber parts if I wanted to put them back on (I've been able to find them on the floor a couple of times but have lost all spare parts now!) Without the green rubber parts the phones have lost the sound quality and comfort...
The headphone sounds good once you have mastered to put (and keep) them on!
They are uncomfortable and hurt after a while...
The case is quite big for these types of headphones... It's hard to get out of your pocket as it's made from a soft-rubber material...and it's also useless for the spare parts as the case doesn't close entirely!
These headphones have too many flaws... Not recommended!
