At first look it is brilliant.......2005-04-01

However, I managed to lose the first one and immediately ordered a 2nd. I then found the first so I had 2. No sweat. They both do the job very well. The holder itself is bomb proof and would supply good protection if you drop your ipod.

The problem lies in the bit that attaches the holster to your belt. Remember I have 2. Within 6 months I did not have one. They fall appart. They are made of flimsey plastic and are over complicated. True if they did not fall appart there is no way that your ipod is going to fall off your belt. However, they do fall appart :o((

I'm back to the holder that came with my ipod. OK you can't get at the controls, but then you can't really get at the controls when an ipod is in a holder at your waist anyway.

50% of this product is superb, simple quality. 50% is shoddy and over complcated.

Remember I have had 2!

superb headphones.......2007-12-26

this are such a stylish and comfortable set of headphones. They cover your ears perfectly and do keep just about any ambient noise out.The only thing I would say in the negative column is that they're so good you do hear the hiss when playing poor mp3s through you player, but can you really point fingers at something for being too good? I don't think so. The best headphones I've ever had!

Best phones I've used in this price range.......2007-10-08

I was mildly surprised when i heard these phones, stylish and good quality? That's not something you expect from the budget price range of just about any product!

First, the sound quality is excellent. The highs are crisp and clear, the mid range is stronger than most budget phones who usually tend to overlook it completely, but these Sonics produced a very good clean and pronounced middle. The only downside is the bass for me, which isn't an issue because my MP3 player/Hifi both have very good Custom EQ settings, the bass can use a little holding back, but once you've got that down these produce a fantastic all round sound quality.

And yes that's right, they don't take too much powering. I use them every day on my commute with a Creative Zen Vision:M MP3 player, and they sound great. They don't block out all the sound, you can still hear noise during quiet breaks in your music, but they do dampen the music enough that you forget how loud the trains are normally!

I don't think they'd be ideal DJ phones, but if you're looking for a pair that'll double for DJing and general use you couldn't go too far wrong (as I have done in the past..)

They are also remarkably comfortable. Many "can" headphones can be pretty tight, but these seem to be a perfect mix of firmly attached but you can easilly forget you're wearing them.

Add all that to a great look and better price and these are a winning pair of headphones. When mine eventually die, I'm buying another pair if I still can.

A Wonderful Walkman!!!.......2004-04-24

The Sony D-FJ200 is a very good walkman with lots of good featuresincluded on it. It is a very modern, rounded design which can fit intoyour pocket. The Sony D-FJ200 has an FM/AM radio with 30 presets for FMand 10 presets for AM. The CD part is covered by G-PROTECTION so that itcan be used on the move without your CD's being jumped or scratched. Alsoincluded are stereo earphones and adaptor. I think this model of Walkmanwould be an excellent purchase for anybody who likes music, especially onthe move.
