Yet again, President are way ahead of the field with this one, namely because of it's innovative features such as the front-fire speaker which virtually eliminates the need for an extension speaker (other supposed DIN CB radios have the speaker on the underside of the set - Doh !) Also unusually, the Microphone socket is mounted on the right hand side of the set, so is perfect for us here in the UK ! When you look at and use this radio, you will be forgiven for thinking it is a more professional PMR set, that is because externally at least, the set looks the same as the Uniden UH-088 UHF CB radio that the Aussies use.
