A very poor machine from Canon.......2007-09-22

The machine is made from flimsy plastic and is not packaged by Canon correctly. Upon delivery my first machine was damaged and was sent back for replacement. The replacement was also not robust and when setting up the machine, the interface and configuration was not intuitive. The scanning functionality is not available network wide and is local to a PC with a USB interface. The user manuals are also very poor and so is the support from Canon. My recommendation is to go with another manufacturer
