Every bit a quality lens - looks good, feels good........2004-03-26

I had been looking for this lens as an accessory for my TRV-22E camcorder. My camera features a 10x optical zoom and this lens doubles it to 20x.

The quality of the lens is absolutely superb, giving a bright, clear and very sharp image. The lens itself simply screws into the thread on the inside of the existing lens.

The one downside is that with the camera zoom set to 'wide' there is considerable vignetting at the corners - something I hadn't expected to find with this 'High Grade' lens. However, as this is a tele-conversion lens, this shouldn't normally present too much of a problem.

It is possible to use the Sony 30mm ND filter with this lens. The filter fits in between the camera lens and the tele-converter lens.

I skin evo 2 not up to scratch.......2005-09-08

If you are even considering buying this product, do not, as it does the complete opposite of what it supposed to do.if you want a cover to protect your wonderful ipod then look at other products this scratches the ipod more than it would normally get, and the belt clip is only useful if you are sitting or lying down, otherwise it just doesn't work
