Each Instrument Reflexion Filter is designed to give a degree of acoustic isolation and rejection of room ambience for drum mic separation, the Instrument RF's can also be used for micing guitars, pianos, wind instrumentsÉ in fact any application where non-intrusive isolation is needed. Because of their small size the Instrument RF's can be used for applications where the industry standard Reflexion Filter is too large.

Ingenious.......2007-03-14

Bought for final year at University can dictate data into player and download on PC with clarity. Using dragon it transcribes data into written text which only requires remedial alterations. Transcribing is more expediant than typing assignments or dissertations. An invaluable asset to my studies. Whilst also dual function as MP3 Player too.

Stunning sound quality.......2006-11-23

Top quality machine, gives excellent sound recordings and can be operated by the remote microphone. Nice clear screen, solid build.
TIP: NOWHERE in the manual does it tell you how to turn it off! To do so, make sure the unit is not playing and turn on the hold switch. This will turn off the unit. When playing/recording, the hold button works as normal.

Great gadget.......2005-10-08

This recorder has it all. As a dictaphone it will record for much longer than you would ever need. Where it really scores is that you can record (e.g. a live concert), transfer to a PC or Mac and edit with ease. The quality is excellent. Now that's what I call a great gadget.
