Does not charge in my K800. Waste of time and effort, not to mention the seven quid for shipping! Rip off. Don't go there. What do I do now, pay to send it back and pay an additional 15% charge for 'restocking'? I have better things to do with my life. Pity I can't give this item a -5 star rating. You have been warned.

Good office all rounder.......2007-09-09

I run a small business of 3 people and needed a printer that was a good "all-rounder", reliable and with low running costs. The OKI seemed to fit the bill and whilst a bit more expensive than others that is offset with lower running costs and a years on site warranty. So what's it like? Initial network problems and driver issues spoiled the party a bit - it would appear that the mac drivers don't work and you need to tinker with your systems library settings to get it going [OKI support were pretty good at helping here - far better than other printer manufacturers i've dealt with]. The network problem also appears to have been sorted [we were wanting a more sophisticated set-up than the std user should want]. However, that said it's now working a dream, the quality of the colour print is fantastic, it's quiet and is pretty quick [16ppm mono as described]. Well worth considering alongside the usual xerox.
