Finally, an MP3 player that is not a let down.......2006-01-27

After having an iPod Mini, and (briefly) owning a Sony NWA1000 Walkman, I decided to go for a smaller, cheaper MP3 player. I own some Creative speakers, which, along with amazon reviews, convinced me to try the Creative Nano Plus. I considered a Zen Micro or Zen Neeon - but the former seemed to have its problems and the latter is not (and apparently will never be) available in Europe. Went for the Nano Plus and it has not dissapointed. Easily fits 10 albums, sometimes 11 albums. Plenty for day to day use. Great sound, decent and simple navigation. Impressive battery life compared to the iPod battery, which seems to run down very quickly whenever you decide you want to have a scroll round your library. I've had this for a few weeks now, and the first AAA battery is still going strong. FM radio works great as well. One downside - the earphones are quite large and do not sit securely in the ear (probably varies from person-to-person, however). Fine for walking around, probably not fine for exercise, so you may need to invest in some new earphones. Does the job for me though. Great stuff, buy :D
