Question.......2007-12-24

Well a question not a comment. How do you think this would work on small (old) photos, small negs etc.? I am fed up buying things said to do what I need them to do, only to find that they don't! I have photos from 1940's that are no way standard and something like this might just do the trick, even if it wasn't exactly designed for it.

If you are looking for a solution to scan your Receipts this is it! stop looking for and buy this one. I have been using it for 6 months now. just done 40 Taxi tickets in 2 PDF files. (pdf is external software as printer). Is swallows any kind of paper, even those receipts you found in the bottom of your handbag, scracthed and dirty. It is a robust solution. Simple and easy to use: no external power adapter, small and tought.
Job expenses scanned in few mintues. It will help you and your organization a lot.
Plus, if you really need it, you can take it with you, it will fit in pretty much all laptop bags, without effort. and is a light product.

A total waste of my time and money.......2003-10-24

I have learnt a lesson in dealing with this company and their products!
If you buy cheap - you get cheap!
The delivery was late, and the goods simply did not work. Not only that but they actually damaged my printer causing me extra expense.
These "chipped" cartridges are available from many companies at varying prices. I have used others before with no problems or difficulties, but when I tried to install these cartridges into my printer they just did not register with the printer. It simply sat there as if there were no cartridges installed.
I tried to contact the company to raise a query, but this proved difficult as they do not put a contact telephone number anywhere on their paperwork. Eventually I found one and got through to a very unhelpful but polite chap who said he "would pass it on". Eventually the company emailed me and said I could send the cartridges back for testing at my expense, after which they might issue replacements if they could find no fault! I said this was not acceptable due to the extra costs I had already incurred. It has taken them a further two days to come back to me again and still no satisfactory response,except to blame another company and Epson for retaining their patents!
This is the last time I will deal with this company, and could not recommend these products to anyone on the basis of my experiences.
