After reading the previous users comment he is right, this is not designed for the casual networking user, this, although it is a Linksys product is meant to be set up by a trained network professional, most IT Consultants, that I have come across don't even know where to begin, this is a fantastic product, but you will need someone who know what they are doing to set it up, ensure they are Cisco Qualified as well!
Albeit I do recommend this product for the small network office!

Before you buy, seek professional advise - that's all I can say about this product. Purchased in conjunction with a Linksys ADSL2 modem I expected this to be pretty much plug and play. After a day of my time adjusting settings etc to try and get the router to recognise the modem and vice versa I called in a professional IT consultant at £60/hr. After 4 hours there is only very limited progress and the VPN element is proving impossible to resolve.
