Rememebr this model has no answer machine.
Plus points:
* Looks fancy, nice colour picture for background can be uploaded.
* Also can upload ringtones.
* PC Software very easy to use
* Speaker phone works fine.
* Very long power and phone leads.
* Finds the base station without haivng to setup anything.
* 200 number store, more than most.
Not so good points:
* Numbers are not held in base unit, so you have to copy them to the other phone; which in turn looses any ringtones and pictures setup against numbers.
* Can upload about 5 colour pictures for wallpaper and caller-id which is nice, including JPGS. But you cannot see the allocated picture when someone calls as it's obscured by the name and number. What's the point?
* The sound is average, it was better on an old panasonic it replaced.
* Why have a fancy USB cable an not allow names and number to be uploaded, that's rubbish.
* The missed calls display is big and easy to use. But it doesn't tell you if you missed a call unless it knows the number (number withheld). Annoying for me.
* Can't read the 4 options on the navidation button unless you angle it just right in the light. This is to see Redial List, Calls List, call internal phone, sms etc.
Also, one of my phones stopped working just after 2 months, it wont charge the batteries any more and overheats!
