Lexmark E120 Mono Laser Printer.......2007-06-16
For the money, I think this is an excellent printer.
The bad points:
1)The vague instructions consisting only of pictures, no text. 2)It does not contain a USB cable which you need to buy seperarately. (However this seems standard with all printers these days) 3)The little flaps which guide the paper out are a little cheap looking, but this is not a big deal.
The good points:
1)The price. 2)It prints very quickly and the text is of pretty good quality. 3)It is pretty compact and is really quite quiet.
I would recommend this printer to anyone like me who wants to print out letters, CVs and other text documents to a very good quality from a laser printer but isn't bothered about colour and graphics. It is cheap, quiet, fast and prints nice text.

Hmm- have had better..........2007-06-02
Sad really- I have bought three of these due to the fact that they were cost-effective in "bulk" (shipping discount) and because the review was so good for them.
I have had 9 radically different mice and it is probably my LEAST favourite. And that is saying something because the "puck" mouse for the iMac was abysmal!
So- what is the problem? Well- its tracking is erratic. I am a Photoshop user and need a good level of accuracy which I had with a freebie retractable lead mouse I got in one of those notebook wallets with hubs, convertors headset and mike and which looked like a toy, but which I cannot achieve with this.
(aside: Why am I not using it then? Misplaced it. Too neat and small and "dispensible" I guess it felt unloved and slipped behind a desk somewhere? Or someone saw it, liked it and took it?! LOL!)
Also- you have to really like bright stuff- for me it soon paled and became annoying to have the strong coloured lights in my field of vision.
Have abandoned it/them and am back to using the tracking pad.
Drat. My arthritis is not getting any better!
Fab little mouse.......2003-12-02
Having used many trackball mice and have been frustrated by them all. This optical mouse is fantastic - it's zippy and very accurate (although it doesn't say anywhere, it feels like around 700 dpi!) It's only a mini mouse so if you are used to full size ones it may take you a couple of days to get used to. The fact it glows makes it fantastic if you have kids or are a grown up kid yourself! It runs on everything from unmade beds, desk, sofa, legs and arms etc.
It's great value for money and I highly recomend it as a first optical mouse!
