These are the worst pair of headphones i have ever had!

there is no bass on them whatsoever. they are worse than the standard pair i received with my mp3 player. sound quality is awful.

carry case? do they mean packaging?

i sent mine back and received a refund, with a good response from the seller.

Works for around 13 months.......2006-05-18

I've purchased three BT on-air phones (two phones and base stations and a replacement base station) all work well for 13 to 18 months (just out of guarantee!) and then the base station 'dies'.
I won't be buying another item made by Sagem if I can help it!

If you have WinXP SP2 DON'T BUY!!.......2004-10-14

Got my new On-Air 1800 Phone & Modem yesterday and tried to get the modem working with my PC, which has Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed. Couldn't get it working and BT technical support says it's because I have XP SP2 and it sounded like BT is not going to provide a fix. Have to return the product. It's outrageous that BT is still telling that On-Air 1800 modem is XP compliant, that's just not so. I'll never by any products again, their are just too arrogant and don't care about their customers.

Wonderful for a month........2004-07-08

I used this product with windows Xp. It worked until the latest security up-dates and then died. The support from the BT helpdesk was abysmal and never cured the problem. Best of luck anyone who buys this!

Very good....while it lasts!.......2003-11-05

I bought one of these in April 2003 and it was brilliant, I could connect to the web from my laptop any where in the house. I don't find the connection is as quick as a wired connection nor is it as stable but the freedom the On-Air 1800 provides more than makes up for it.
The major problem I found with this phone/modem is it's reliability, the original one broke after four months so BT replaced it and now the second one has broken after only two months. Make of it what you will, but there is no denying the concept is excellent.

Digital Cordless Phone + 56k Wireless Modem all in one.......2003-08-17

This product is ideal when you have a PC upstairs and only one phone point downstairs (like myself). It saves me running a cable up and down the stairs everytime I want to go online. Plus has the added benefit of a digital cordless handset.
Amazon was the cheapest place to buy this product from I found (even cheaper than BT themselves!).
Installation is very straight forward as well, for XP users you need to download the driver from BT but it is only a small file anyway so won't take forever

Overall it is probably the most useful product I have bought for my PC, very pleased.
