If you want to save a few quid, the 5200 may be your best option of the two. What's XpressMusic? XpressMusic is Nokias way of letting you easily access your music collection on a Nokia phone. For example, the 5300 XpressMusic has dedicated music buttons that are easily accessible no matter what position the phone is in. These buttons include play/pause, track-skipping controls, and volume controls all on the sides of the device. The 5200 has a similar design, but comes with only a play/pause button and lacks certain features the 5300 XpressMusic possesses.

One of the best phones I ever had , bought it a month ago, the red version sim free.Music transfer is quick .The quality of sound is excellent! The camera is not the best , 1.3 megapixles is below average! not alot of themes but some of them are dynamic, colors change with time of day:) Great keypad. Apart from the camera and the battery i am very happy with Nokia 5300 you could use it as a personal audio on the go! Bluetooth compatible.

Excellent User Freindly Multi purpose device.......2007-05-06

This phone allows you to play music as well as take pictures. All you need is a USB cable that suitable for the phone, then you can download pictures to your PC. This phone is also bluetooth enabled. You can also set up speed dials and change the music on your phone. The only downside is that with the media player there are a few tunes that i cant get rid of. Thats my own complaint about the phone. Also you can use the phone as a torch, excellent for powercuts.
