Amazon.co.uk Review
Twelve-year-old twins Ai and Yu Hayakawa take a mysterious subway to Wonderland to look for their missing scientist-parents. Wonderland is a hostile place, ruled by the petulant Earl Tyrant and his assorted hench-creatures. Ai and Yu are attacked by monsters and saved first by Lisa, a practitioner of the "Kigen Arts," then repeatedly by the taciturn, gun-totting Kaze. The first episodes are cluttered with characters who appear briefly then vanish. Although Ai, Yu, and Lisa do a lot of traveling, the series doesn't really go anywhere: the filmmakers seem more interested in showcasing the elaborate CG effects at their disposal than in coherent storytelling. The effects are very flashy, but they never meld satisfactorily with the drawn animation. Based on the popular videogame franchise, Unlimited borrows from Matsumoto's Galaxy Express and Miyazawa's Galactic Railroad, but offers none of their mystery and magic. (Rated 12 and older: violence, tobacco use)

dissapointing for final fantasy, a real shame.......2007-02-05
this series is ok, its not great, buts its ok. My favourite characters by far are White Cloud and Kaze, who have really great and amusing battles. the other characters are very predictable and boring, plus Kaze saves them all the time, the typical male saving women and children scenario. The blending of CG and regular anime doesn't work well, the enemies are pretty flat and kaze shooting his gun just gets repetitive. not really recommeneded for serious anime lovers. the plot could have been developed more, a real shame.
want to know more.......2006-08-22
i recently went out and bought this series shortly after watching it all round a friends house,(he had a downloaded copy of all episodes) the series is ok, but they could do well with introducing kaze soil system into games as it would make for a highly entertaining experience, if your after a series that is both action packed and entertaining this may be for you, my only problem was it all ended to abruptly, but then again so did the other series they made (star ocean ex) both were great series but could do with an additional 5 or so episodes just to tie up what loose ends they left in the story
Unlimited..........2006-03-26
Being a crazy Final Fantasy fan i brought the series of ebay after being intrigued for sometime. Its obvious when watching the series thats its primarily intended for kids but do not despair despite this it can be at times quite damn good. The two best characters of the series are easily Kaze and Mckenshie who have a vendetta against each other and both mysterious pasts. I found myself watching their battles numerous times as they are the best parts of the series. Overall the plot is good and ends well. The music is very good except for perhaps the Japanese pop song at the beggining (but hey you might like Japanese pop music). The animation is really good. Most of the time the blend of 3d and 2d animation is really good but on occasion it looks out of place. The two main characters and the rest of the cast can sometimes be cheesy and annoying. The main reason for buying this is Kaze and Mckenshie.
Unlimited Possibilities.......2005-10-12
When I saw the first episode of FFU I wasn't expecting a great deal I must say. After the disappointment of the film I was expecting something similar. However, to my great surprise and relief I was wrong. The characters are great and the plot has as much depth as the atlantic. The mix of 3d and drawn animations are great, the soil demon summonings are absolutely amazing; they gave me chills. The soundtrack is also great; that is if the ending and start themes are the same as on the japanese versions. Kaze's soil theme is also something to rave about as it gave me goosebumps and I never get bored of listening to it. I highly recommend this dvd although I do admit that not everyone will like it. Intimate Final Fantasy fans however, will love this.
Not For All.......2005-01-09
I went into watch this with the lowest of expectations as I'll admit the first episode didn't do the series any justice, the mix of 3D with the animation just didn't do anything for me except bring it down and to make matters worse the main characters fought a giant mushroom that resembled the artistic talent of a two year old.
After the first episode it does pick itself up though. That aside, if you don't mind watching something too serious, something slightly childish at times, this could be for you. I just got volume three and I'll probably intend to buy the rest of the series.
There is a storyline, two kids: Ai and Yu (haha) set out to find their parents who went into another world called... (wait for it) Wonderland. Now, if you think that sounds good then you must be pretty open minded, I advise you to check this out.

Pure titilation.......2003-12-09
Teresa is of course exciting to look at, but the synopsis on many websites suggests we get to "see everything" in this production. This is without doubt misleading.
If you want to see Teresa simulating things then this is for you, if you want to see more then dont buy this.
Attractive lady, product is poor though.
