Tweenies- ready to play and song time!.......2004-03-26
This one definetely a keeper. my 17 month old daughter just love it. it's the music she loves and she'll dance with the song keep her busy for half hour while I get some housework done.
Most songs she already know form her nursery rhyme cd only the words different but she like it just the same although the play part is difficult for one years old to understand but she does try to copy the words and say it lound. I think this is good for her to learn through play and hopfully expand her imaginations too.Don't be put off by the for children age 3-5 I think it's pefectly suitable for one years old to huming along and dance with it.
'Song Time' is great for babies.......2003-11-11
Our baby has been watching 'Song Time' since he was 5 months old and loves it. Actually, it was the first movie that caught his attention, before other dvds that are theoretically more baby oriented, like the Baby Einstein series or the Teletubbies. 'Ready To Play' does not have many songs, and he is not yet interested in it (he is now 9 months old).
Baby loves it!.......2003-04-13
5 months old, shouldn't really be watching fast moving images such as this, but the Song Time section (keeping her at a safe distance from the TV!) has her captivated. Loves it to bits. Arms wave up and down, legs kick out and trying to move her away from it before it finishes is not advisable! Then....she wants it on again!
Wonderfully Brilliant!.......2001-08-14
This Video is one of the best buys I have ever made. My son is Only 18 months old but he will watch this again and again and again dancing round and trying to sing along to all the song, this is a great buy for any parent who need to get on and do things aroung the house without there toddler running around their feet. Highly recommended.
Tweenies... away!!.......2001-01-14
We have a one year old daughter but we still love the Tweenies - the songs are great to sing along with, and by using the subtitles you get on this DVD format, you'll soon pick up the ones you don't already know. Look out for the adult humour nuggets too; Milo's Fast Show Jazz Club 'nice..' at the camera, Max doing the Pulp Fiction 'jive' and Bella's disapproving face at the others during Jakes's rendition of 'Tommy Thumb'. Yes I know, I should get out more....

Sisters are doing it for themselves.......2007-11-12
I bought my son the Daring DVD - Adventures for Boys, we both loved it but I despaired of finding - after much complaining from his sisters - an equivalent DVD for them. Happily I was wrong and we've discovered that the Gorgeous DVD is a refreshingly non-patronising and exciting guide to great fun stuff for girls to do.
My daughters (aged 7 & 12) both love it and as many tips as there are for cakes and jewellery, there's just as many for roller-blading and horse-riding...
It's huge fun and recommended by all of us!
Great Fun for Girls.......2007-11-07
I bought this one for my daughter and the Daring DVD for my son. They have both embraced at least two of the subjects covered. My daughter can now rollerblade with proficiency and bake a mean flapjack. Great fashion tips and incredibly refreshing approach to entertainment. Both have given up their computer games and are actively seeking new outlets for their energy. As a busy parent I couldn't recommend it more.
