I totally agree with the review by T.bromley, thanks so much for that nice review. And I suppose this series is the most funniest one in all the Tractor Tom series I've seen. I've collected the first 7 DVDs of them except the combined ones, so far. Now my family is in Japan so we can't watch British telly any more.
Tractor Tom and Miffy were the only TV programs which could keep my son's attention when he was about 1 year old. Now he is nearly 3, and watching Tractor Tom DVDs again and again and "again - - -! " everyday, very enthusiastically. And he started to remember all the dialogues now, it seems, he talks along with DVD. And I really appreciate so brilliant dialogues in Tractor Tom as well.

Superb for adults too.......2007-02-19

If you haven't seen Tractor Tom yet, it's wonderful. Although the basic premise is CGI, the use of humour is really good, offbeat, sophisticated and very creative - makes adults laugh as well as children. Where else do the sheep wear sunglasses, sip cocktails, use pogo sticks and perform formation running. Very funny - we all love it in this house - from 2yrs to 68yrs.

Visionaries - Fantastic DVD.......2007-12-23

This is a great DVD to pick up for such a cheap price you get two discs which include every series of Visionaries every made and it includes the complete scripts for every episode. After all this time you can still sit down and enjoy the great storylines of the visionaries I would highly recommend this DVD as it is a another one of the many great cartoons of the 80s. I honestly feel that this cartoon was one of the most under rated cartoons of the 80s and it is such a shame they only ever made one series of this great cartoon.

Just recieved this dvd and am very pleased that it is still just as good as it was back then when I was a kid. It was my favourite program.

There is only 13 episodes and a second series was planned but never done. The running time is only 5 hours for the whole series and time flys whilst watching it. It all seemed so much longer back then.

This definately deserves 5 stars and a pleasure to own.

Awesome 80's Cartoon!!!.......2006-05-31

I was very happy to see that someone finally put this great cartoon on DVD. Great voiceover cast and animation, thrilling storylines, you can't ask for much more. To bad that it was short lived. Anyway, you must by this DVD. You will not be disappointed.

The Light Shines On.......2006-04-27

This cartoon wasn't the best series from the 80's there was many more but this was very short lived as well the whole series fits on two discs this is for anyone who remembers it and remembers enjoying it but may be surprised finding it so short buy this DVD but be warned there are better 80's show out there.

Knights of the Magical Light.......2005-05-01

What an absolute treasure this series of animation is. Character depth, action, and most of all..... the dialogue. If you own this dvd, watch through one more time and listen carefully to the well written banter. Superb!
(Example) - Dawn of The Sun Imps. Makes you laugh out loud.
