Please note: this Amazon listing listing is wrong. This is only the 2-episode disc. It contains Destination Moon and Explorers on the Moon. You can see on the DVD cover that it has these two only. It does not contain any of the 4 epsides listed in the Amazon synopsis.

The two episodes are still excellent though and as a Tintin fan I decided just to keep it anyway.

Brilliant,but no extras!.......2004-03-12

This a brilliant DVD,containing The Black Island,King Ottokar's Sceptre,The Crab with the Golden Claws and The Shooting Star.I just wish they could have included something about the original writer,Herge,or how the cartoons were drawn.I have been reading Tintin,The Complete Companion,by Michael Farr,and I have learned loads of interesting stuff about Tintin and his creator.It would have been nice to see how the cliffs of the Black Island resembled the rocky coast of Brittany,in a photo used by Herge,for instance,or where he got the idea for the huge telescope in the Shooting Star.Anyway,the Adventures themselves can't be faulted,the only minor annoyance being that the great theme tune at the beginning dosn't always play;sometimes the adventure just begins without the exciting introductory sequence.

Disorderly Orderly- Love it.......2008-02-28

I remember this film from when I was very young, and was introduced to the world of Jerry Lewis. It isn't for everyone, but if you like nice gentle family comedy every now and then, this will do it for you. Every time I watch this I laugh out loud, which I don't do that often.

Warning- If you don't like physical comedy or sound comedy (his voice) then avoid this, as thats really all there is to it. I plan to continue building my Jerry Lewis collection, but this had to be my starting point.
