Sublime.......2007-02-28
[...]Seriously though, if you are a fan of Black Cherry and/or Felt Mountain (or even Goldfrapps latest offerings on Supernature) you will surely love this DVD.
A good handful of the tracks are previously unreleased and make the DVD worth the money just for that, but when you take into account that it's a double disk affair then how can you say no!? :)
From the idyllic tranquility of utopia and lovely head, to the rock chic stomping that can only be found with train and strict machine when performed live, this is by far the best live act I have seen in recent years.

My brothers words.......2006-01-27
I showed this DVD to my brother and this is what he said.
In 20 years time people will look back at this DVD and say "I wish I had been there" just like they do when they watch "The Doors live at the Hollywood Bowl"
What more can I say?
Oh yeah, I blow up my surround sound system at 3 in the morning listening to this!!!!
Amazing Stuff.......2005-07-09
This DVD is incredible, i first found out about Goldfrapp from hearing a simple little whistling tune from the comedy series Monkey Dust, it turned out to be Lovely Head. I've been hooked ever since. The DVD is excellent and connot be put down, looks like i'm going to have to buy the cds as well now to play in the car.
Brilliant electro-pop!.......2005-02-08
Sheer brilliance!
Watching this DVD I can not believe someone could be that good!
Dark/bright-lilac-electro-pop at it's best! :)
Wonderful goldfrapp.......2004-10-09
Some live performances are a turnoff, even break an artist.
Few can perform like goldfrapp and really add up, turn you on.
With hypnotic, electric sounds and extraordinary vocals, goldfrapp keeps you close to the screen.
The 2 disc DVD holds two (!) live concerts, containing songs from their CD's "Felt Mountain" and "Black Cherry."
This creates a mixture of uptempo beats and lyrical songs.
Besides, two documentaries show us a closer look at the musicians: Alison Golfrapp and Will Gregory.
I'd offer them another vacation to some mountain...
It's just wonderful.
