Relive the moment!.......2007-05-24

I was lucky enough to attend this show in 2003 and it was a magical experience!I felt like I was 16 all over again and Secret Affair performed brilliantly with much of the audience singing along knowing every word to every track.This sell out show is wonderfully captured on film and is complemented by a rare interview with the key band members Ian page and Dave Cairns with some excellent anecdotes and stories from the mod revival years.Whether or not you were there in 1979 or 2003 or if you have never seen the band perform live this DVD is an experience not to be missed.Highly recomended!

Red Hot Affair!.......2006-04-26

I was pleasantly surprised to find the band in such good form, especially Ian Page's vocals, after so long. A real barnstorming gig, and looked like a sauna in there! All the old hits and faves, although I hated the crowd singalong on 'My World' - destroyed the dynamics of the song. The rest of the gig more than made up for it, though.

They should release some old performances from their heyday.

I've always enjoyed the music of Secret Affair,so when this Dvd came out IT WAS A MUST to buy it.Before i watched it i wasn't really expecting to much as far as sound/picture quality went,but shock horror THIS IS A STORMER the band sound as good as they ever did.This Dvd has to be one of the best live releases in recent years,so don't just read this trust me BUY IT !"AAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++"

Love it!
Great gig and surprisingly it translates really well on to DVD.

I've only just bought this so won't dwell on details but if you were there and enjoyed it, then its a must have. If you couldn't make it but wish you had then buying this will disappoint you as we had a great time......but you ought to buy it anyway.

Blast from the past.......2005-06-02

This DVD is what all us Danzig fans have been waiting for - all the videos from How The Gods Kill / Thrall-Demonsweatlive era (1992 to 1993). All 3 versions of Dirty Black Summer (the full on band version is it!), the uncut version of How The Gods Kill (yes!), unreleased videos for Bodies and Sistinas, the Mother 93 video, and on the European version a bonus live cut of Left Hand Black. All very good and add a new dimension to the world of Danzig - visual moods. All as you would expect from the goth-king, except for the uncensored version of It's Coming Down. With it's aggressive S&M imagery cut with a band performance - I defy anyone not to wince or look away at it's climax. Not really what you would call music television friendly! Well worth the money if you'e into Danzig, this acts as a reminder of the power Danzig, the man and band, had when at his peak.
