Amazon.co.uk Review
Will Young's latest 'in concert' DVD Live in London finds the former Exeter Uni politics graduate turned original Pop Idol champ and latterday Brit Award winner wooing - rather successfully - the largely female party faithful in the cavernous surroundings of Wembley Arena in December 2004. It's a grand stage for a chap who seems rather like a paragon of old-school British inhibition and no amount of hot 'n' loose sub-Cuban grooving ("Over You"), dance exertion or even an invitation to "Light My Fire" results in the breaking of much sweat from his brow. But you can't help warming to his reluctance. Celebrity for celebrity's sake is - quite possibly - some way down the list on Young's priorities and he's evidently working on his more-than-ample talent. And how refreshing that his musical and dancing entourage - far from being faceless supporting technocrats languishing in the shadows - are utterly and democratically integral to the Will Young live experience. Live in London is also loaded with juicy extras including the videos for "Your Game", "Leave Right Now" and "Friday's Child", interviews and fly-on-the-wall footage of rehearsals, choreography not to mention fooling around in clown's clothing. --Kevin MaidmentCustomer Reviews:

Some of my favorite tracks are:-
Fridays Child, Love Is A Matter Of Distance, Very Kind,
I Love You More than you'll Ever Know, Free and You And I.
Not only does he hold you in a wonderment of complete hypnosis by his unique voice, but also by his
ultra sexy dance moves that are displayed throughout the concert.
The man can shimmy,no doubt about that! Although you wouldn't of dream't it possible three years ago
when he won in that now famous Pop Idol show from whence he was unleashed
onto us - I THANK GOD for that!
Not only will it be a pleasure to watch Will, but also his dancers, made up a four guys and four girls
who display some very pervocative moves.
'The Band,' as Will likes to call them, provide the brilliant backing music and backing vocals, a lot
of which will get you wanting to strut your own stuff!
The use of mirrors for Very Kind is very unique and will show the emotion displayed by Will as he sings
his heart out during this lovely emotional song.
For the track Light My Fire, you will love to see him crawling along the floor and looking right at you,
he will set your pulse racing, that is if he hasn't done so already!
Dancy tracks include:-
Fridays Child, Out Of My Mind, Dance The Night Away, Over You,
In The Stone and Your Game.
With lots of extra's including the making of the Matador
sequence, which had me laughing at his antics, I am very satisfied that my money was well spent.
