Superb baseball comedy with a serious undertone.......2007-06-28
"Major League" is a funny and yet somewhat serious and dramatic film about the woeful Cleveland Indians. Their new owner (Margaret Whitton) has brought together the worst players so the team will lose more games than anyone else in baseball. Why? Well, she wants the attendance to be so low that she will be able to move the team to Miami and then buy the players to make the franchise successful. The has-beens and never-will-bes include catcher Tom Berenger, third baseman Corbin Bernsen, center-fielder Wesley Snipes, and wild pitcher Charlie Sheen. However after a rocky start, the team comes together and begins winning. They unite the city and unite the team in grand fashion. Just watch when Sheen comes in to pitch to the tune of 'Wild Thing.'

Great laugh and well worth watching.
A must see, this is the best in the major league collection,the story begins in Cleveland a run down city in America, the owner of the Cleveland Indians has decided to put together the worst team in Major league baseball history but it all collapses and her plans go to pot as the team pulls off the biggest fluke ever.
Sheen,Berenger and Bernsen are amazing.
a must watch.

Fantastic F50.......2004-09-12
A great comparison between the Ferrari F50, Porsche 911 and Callaway Corvette. Goes into engineering detail and explains how they are built. Great to see interviews with Luca di Montezemolo - boss at Ferrari. An interesting ride and great shots of the cars put through their paces
