Relaxing and a great workout........2006-07-05
I found this workout very enjoyable and relaxing. It's easy to follow and apart from the fact that you need quite a bit of space I can't fault it. It's only one workout so you might get bored once you've done it a few times but it's still a great buy.
Pilates gymball workout?.......2006-01-14
Good workout DVD but not for those used to doing pilates. Very basic with some good moves. Not a very challenging workout, but great for beginners.
Nice Introduction to Gym Ball.......2005-06-24
If you haven't used the gym ball before you will find this DVD is a good introduction. More advanced users may find that it isn't very challenging. The instructor constantly saying well done also sounds a little patronising but over all it's quite a good workout.

This DVD avoids many of what I have found to be the common pitfalls of exercise DVDs - the presenter doesn't chatter endlessly in a way that becomes annoying when you have used the DVD a few times. The advice on technique etc. is given in an introduction that you only need to watch once. The instructions on coordinating movement, breathing and abdominal tension are clear and helpful throughout. I have found the programme relaxing and enjoyable, and after only a few weeks of regular use I have noticed a real difference in muscle tone.

found this dvd very easy to follow. i enjoy pilates and found that it is more fun on the ball once you get used to it

slighty disappointed as I expected "day of the triffids" to be on one of the discs..but is NOT!!this film was the main reason for buying the collection.However the unlisted film "killers from space" is entertaing,as are the others.As b horror movie collections go this is on par with them...actors in rubber suits,corny acting and pretty poor quality.Buy it for the unintentional humour and you will not be disappointed.But do not buy it if you are expecting "day of the triffids to be on it.
