Very Good Workout .......2008-01-19
I was very supprised with this DVD. Haveing used loads of fitness dvds in the past I found this very easy to follow and quite funny at times as the female trainer is oftern taking the mick out of the matcho male trainer. I recomend this to anyone with little time, motervation and bigginers. ALL AND ALL A GREAT DVD.
good toning.......2007-08-29
I've been doing this routine for a long time, every day I do a 20 minute routine then add on some extra ab work at the end so doing a 1/2 hr routine every day, I try and do atleast 3 cardio workouts in the week aswell, as time is an issue I find this works really well for me, you dont sweat loads with this but beleive me if you just start out or miss doing it for a couple of weeks cause your on holiday or something beleive me when you go back to it you wil feel it theirfore it must be working.
I am a beleiver in no pain no gain
for girls with limited time I rate this one highly
wasn't even sweating after completing all 3 workouts in one go.......2007-06-03
Well, maybe it is because I am used to Davina's Power of 3 and three 30 minute workouts and Nell Mc'Andrews Maximum Impact and Ultimate challenge Workouts and Tae BO Workouts, but I really didn't find any of the exercises challenging at all. I did all 3 workouts in one go and really didn't sweat.
But, I suppose for days when I may not feel up for a hard workout this one will be good or if I do a basic Tae Bo workout for cardio then this would be a good toning phase.
I agree with previous comments about the repetition count being wrong at times, and the inane grinning of Bobby and Nancy's comments and silly "phews" are annoying. And also it isn't very good explained...I never watch DVD's before I do them, usually just jump in, but for that it needs to be explained better!
Didn't really watch to much of the nutritional advice, as for that I rather trust the Juicemaster (Jason Vale).
Good, but could be better..........2007-01-09
There's no cardio involved, so you'll have to combine it with something else to raise the heart rate. I found some parts of it irritating, mainly because TONY NEVER stops grinning and Nancy NEVER stops making silly l'il "jokes"! Also, they start an exercise and will either a) only give you a description AFTER they start; or b) give you a "head shot", so you have to watch/rewind! In addition, the warmup/cooldown sessions are nowhere near long enough. I also found that some of the "countdowns" seem longer/shorter than the 12-count stipulated!
But, on the plus side, it "does what it says on the tin"; the 3 20-mins workouts are effective for toning and you work up a steady sweat on the whole.
Nancy and Bobby rock!!.......2006-10-17
I've been doing this workout for 2 years and have never got bored. The exercises are easy and straight forward but with really good results- plus there's little co-ordination needed. Mixing this workout with a couple of 10+ mile runs a week will give ANYBODY a toned, defined body.
Both friends and family have borrowed the dvd and raved at the results. Rock on Nancy and Bobby.
