One of the best dance workouts I've seen.......2005-01-30
I really love this DVD. The instructor is enthusiastic and teaches well. The moves are hot without being over complicated and you learn by running through each step at half time before adding it onto the steps you've learnt already. The steps build into two long routines that are then combined at the end and live Brazilian beats are played throughout.
The people in the DVD look "normal," in that they're not a bunch of stick-thin models plastered in make-up. Everyone's clearly having a good time (although one woman at the back is having a bit too much of a good time as she's always swinging her arms around when no-one else is!) and it's almost impossible not to enjoy yourself too.
I enjoy dance DVDs rather than straight aerobics and of all the dance DVDs that I own this is definitely in my top 3.
