Just fantastic..........2008-01-06

As a long-time Yoga practitioner, I had only just been introduced to the Ashtanga form and wanted a DVD that I could use to practice at home.

John Scott's DVD is excellent and is designed so that you can choose from 5 different levels of work-out, working towards the full 90-minute Primary Series. I started off with the 10-minute one and have been progressing through the levels, which is really encouraging as you can see yourself improving. All of the levels have the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) warm-up and the Relaxation cool-down.

You can also choose to practice with John's voiceover directions or, for more experienced practitioners, you can change this to relaxing music to complement your practice.

For me, as a newcomer to Ashtanga, but not to Yoga, it was the perfect choice and I would highly recommend it.

Too short!.......2006-04-12

I have a previous version of this workout and I really like it. So I decided to buy a DVD to practice. However, when I got the DVD then I realised that it is just the same as my old one. Although I won't return it for just a few pounds but won't recommend it at all! It just too short and the workout is in a hurry from warm up to finish off.
