There are 3 workouts on this DVD: warm-up, aerobic & Pilates. The aim of the aerobics section is to burn fat and I can testify to that; I have lost a pound per week since using this DVD without a change to my diet. Also, the aerobic routine is varied & fun to follow and can be done in an average living room; the 35 minutes always flies by.

The Pilates section puts the focus on core strength and posture. Again this routine is very effective.

All three rountines are accompanied by live musicians playing african/brazilian percussion which is unusual but very effective and catchy. On an asthetic note all the participants look good being very sexy & sassy!

All in all a great workout DVD that keeps you motivated and coming back for more.
