I had high expectations but it was so boring, I couldn't muster the motivation and only ever used it twice.

This dvd is a waste of time and money to be honest.

You're given a handbook and two dvd's, (one explaining what the routines are and how to perform the exercises) and you're also given the actual exercise dvd. This is the real let-down.

As opposed to following someone on the screen to ensure good method, you're simply given a snapshot of the individual exercise to perform. Although you are also given a handbook with chart to guage the different levels and subsequent repetitions for each set level, who wants to be trying to find the page and find the number of repetitions to be performed in the table whilst in the middle of a press-up? This had the potential to be really good, but is a real disappointment.

Save you're money and buy something else.

I found this to be a bit of a waste of time, felt the exercises were a bit boring and never really hit the spot - hence the fact that I didn't keep it up for long!. This is ideal for beginners though, as it lets you start off really slowly and progress as you're ready.
