I am a big fan of wai lana yoga - as I find the music very relaxing when doing the asanas. However, unless you are reasonably fit I would recommend that you do not strain too far to achieve the poses and build up to them gradually over time. If you cannot manage a pose just rest and go on to the next one - eventually you'll get there.

Do not be fooled but this DVD having "For Beginners" all over it, it is not for the faint hearted! After doing the workouts you really know about it. Some of the movements will be very familiar, others will be new to you, but all are explained so there is something to learn even with the ones you know.

Drawbacks, ok so it's a bit like listening to a Thai Ladyboy giving instruction, and her outfits are a bit way-out. The Hawaiian (I think)scenery is lovely and the background music is soothing.

Overall, worth buying because you do get three different workouts, each with lots of movements and each with a relaxation at the end. I'm sure that, like me, you will learn something and feel the effects.
