Far better than expected!.......2006-07-21

Advertised as 4 x 8 minute work outs and whilst this is on the DVD, you get more than that! There is a kick boxing workout as well as an aerobics workout which is suprisingly good although a bit corny. It's certainly worth a play for a good workout with a laugh!!! I paid only a few quid for this DVD and it was definitely value for money without the extra workouts! This is before playing the additional workouts on side 2!!!!

Quick But Effective Workouts.......2005-04-24

In my eternal quest for the perfect body i've tried and tested hundreds of exercise DVD's and The 8 Minute Workout is the only one I haven't got bored and given up on, in fact I'm still doing it 2 years later . The secret is that the workouts are short enough to fit into your daily routine and contain a good variety of no-nonsense exercises which are individually counted down by an on screen timer (also showing the total minutes left for the entire workout) which help to motivate you and seem to make the time fly by.

The typically cheesy American instructor (complete with an obscene figure hugging unitard) says the exercises should be done every day but I did them 4 times a week and after about a month people started to pass comment on my improved muscle tone.

Definitely one to buy if you want to shape up but there never seems to be enough hours in the day.
