A good giggle.......2007-07-04
Whilst this boxset is a good giggle, its not the best workout I've ever done. The exercises are good, some of them are quite difficult especially the ones involving the chair! The dance routines make you feel quite sexy but it gets tedious going over and over small sections of them if you pick routines up quite quickly this might annoy you but for those of you who don't its great. I wouldn't really treat this as a serious workout, more like something to get you going a bit, maybe do it the day after another more challenging one. I haven't tried the hip hop disc yet or performed the lapdance routine on anyone although it is my bf's birthday this weekend, I wonder if I could learn it in time! ;-)

I recentley brought 3 workout dvd's from amazon and I have to say that so far-ive had them for about a week-this is my favourite one. On the Dvd they have broken them up into different sections-for example ur higher body, lower body etc-which is very usefull as tthey only take about 10-15mins each allowing you the flexibility of time and what part of your body you want to work on. They also have a 20 min workout and a 30 min work out. The steps are not hard to pick up but after 10 mins you can start to feel it so you know its working! carmen is slightly out of breath as well which is good as I don't feel like its just me! I would definetly recommend this especially if you dont know which one to go for!!

another rental film doing the rounds on video in the 80s .it stars meg tilly & adam (batman)west.synopsis: karl raymar a brilliant expert in telekenesis is found dead in a appartment with lots of other dead people.
his daughter olivia raymar is given a tape by her fathers close friend to
explain .it seems her father drained the bodies of psychic energy.
after raymars funeral walls in the mausoleum crack from the energy in raymars dead body.
meg tilly is bullied by two girls from "the sisterhood"a stupid gang that
julie (tilly)wants to join. for her initiation she is locked in the mausoleum & drugged by the bullies.
later the girls come back to scare her but raymars body is moving dead
bodies & all the girls are crazy with fear! eventually olivia has a promonition that there is havoc in the mausoleum she intends to stop her
dead father killing again .....its amazing ,low budget,but try it !
