Keli gives good teaching points in this video and demonstrates beginner levels well. Its a challenging workout therefore the results will happen quicker, on saying that you can take your time and use lighter weights. It has an interesting step component and the weight training is well taught. A point of interest is to the filming crew, top marks for their filming, all to often the camera starts filming from different angles therefore as a participent it is easy to loose your direction. The camera is focused on Keli all the time.

This is a fantastic workout combined with weights gives you tone and definition.I own alot of step videos and this is one of my favourite.You need to be pretty fit though to master the step and weights!
Keli roberts is one of the best instructors around.

Awesome for the advanced.......2005-10-24

Keli Roberts is one of the best instructors out there and this is another really great step dvd from the workout queen. The first section is an interval training program which includes really tricky but yet exciting step coreography combined with some really though strength training work for your upper and lower body. The second portion of this dvd is a strength training session on the step for your entire body. You can do these sections seperatly or if you have time you can put them together for a killer 77 min workout. But please note that if you are a beginner this one is way too hard. Furthermore if you are not used to stepping this advanced coreography will only frustrate you. So I would advice beginners to start with one of the other 3 step workouts(the ultimate step workout, total body circuit training or a new attitue which Keli did with Cher a few years ago now)instructed by Keli and then for an ultimate challenge go on to this one. If you do so you will have a killer body.

A monster named Bruno! Need I say more? Avoid this film at all costs, as I can guarentee it will be the worst film you have ever seen! Dreadful acting, ludicrous plot! Deserves less than 1 star!
