I bought this mp3 player last March as I needed something to listen when out running. Its true to say that for running its size was ideal and could be tucked into any manner of running garments! But it would quite regularly switch itself off which was more than a little annoying if out in a thunderstorm and you then had to delve under several layers of garments to switch it back on. It certainly did not hold ten hours of charge from the batteries. I would reckon on about three at most before a new battery was required. It was quite easy to load up even for a technophobe like me. And I didn't find it that daunting putting new music on and taking the old stuff off. But it really only held about forty songs. All that said it was a nice bit of kit but only lasted about ten months. I guess for the price you can't complain too much and for a first mp3 it certainly did the business.

I have to say it works! The controls are easy to use and menus are easy to navigate. Its easy to transfer the files from the computer, and I would say it has good quality of sound. Its attractive and good value for money, with 256MB of memory. Thats about 3-4 albums worth of songs.
However, the earphones are too short and will not stay in my ears, so I would suggest buying your own. When you press pause, the player tends to turn itslef off quite quickly, however it starts at the place you left off every time which is a great feature.
Overall, good value for money, still working after 1 year. I would recommend it! (just not the irritating head phones!)
Good, not great.......2006-02-11
I have to say, this thing is incredibly durable. It has survived many drops onto concrete and even survived a round through the washing machine. The sound quality is not excellent, quite good for this sort of price. It is small and the menu is easy to use. I have found though, that since it is a "multi-lingual" mp3 player sometimes it displays the song names in foreign languages. Over all, good value for money, but if you have the cash i advise a Creative Zen Nano or an ipod Nano.

So i get this and im all happy becouse it's my first mp3 player and getting songs on it is pritty easy aslong as you have windows xp if you dont it can be quite hard if you run on windows 98 or below you have to have alittle thinking but when you have gotten songs on it it's quite good but then your ear pices break and then the hole mp3 player doesent switch on after like 3 weeks of long listing as Iam a paper boy and have nothing better to do than listen to some music on the go and if it works then it's good with only little background noise unless you keep the back light on then it makes alot of background noise but you can turn this off easyly in the options menu it took me about a good week to get used to it all but once you have gotten used to it's really good controls but then when you have only gotten lets say i dunno i got 36 songs on it all wma format then it's full up you can use the voice recoreder but the that sounds awful if you use this when in play back but overall it's not all that bad but i would not get a natac mp3 player becouse they go wrong all the time sorry to say so i will be sending mine back to amazon in couple of weeks im sorry to say but i gave it three stars that what i think of this low class mp3 player.

Well I had one of these brought for me last Xmas as a pressie and I must admit that its very easy to use, rather funky and a good price... but...i've had it under a year now and its died, so only 3 stars from me.
