What a little marvel and good looking!.......2007-12-23
I bought this camera 3 weeks ago and have taken about 500 images in all light conditions with very good results. I have owned a Fuji Finepix 410 for 4 years which still takes super quality pics, but when I saw this little beauty I just had to have it for the size alone! Smart, slim, easy to use and very elegant to look at, it's perfect for that night out with friends at a ball or dinner party. Software included is excellent and easy to set up complete with printing instructions. Images are v. good on the high quality settings and with a 512 MB picture card you get 250 plus images at 8M pixels. The usual great value too from Amazon.

The Sumvision Yumi Pro is dominated by a 1.8 inch full colour LCD display. With a sleek black product casing and ultra slim 13mm form factor, the player is both stylish and featured packed. The player features multi-codec audio and video playback along with a built in FM tuner, JPEG photo viewer and even a built in speaker (which is actually pretty good).
With the stunning 1.8" full colour CSTN screen - photos, videos and even the player's icon driven menu system look great. With the use of the supplied software on the CDROM, you can quickly and easily convert RM, MOV, VOB, WMV, ASF, MPEG, AVI, DAT movie files into the MTV or AMV format for video playback on the player. The internal 2GB of memory should allow you to store at least 3 - 4 movies or up to 500 digital audio files.
The 3D icon driven menu system is a breeze to use and the colour screen makes navigating around the player extremely intuitive. Build quality is robust and the jet black product casing really shows off the player's screen. The joystick on the front of the player makes navigating around the player's functions painless and the primary navigation buttons are responsive and easy to use. An FM tuner and a voice recorder complement the Yumi Pro's feature set. Built in USB 2.0 support allows the entire memory to be filled up in a couple of minutes.
The Sumvision Yumi Pro will save you money on batteries as well; the internal lithium-ion battery can be charged via the supplied AC power adapter or via your PC's USB port. Battery life is around 8- 10 hours for normal usage. The manufacturer has even managed to squeeze in a handy photo viewer so that you can view your favourite shots on the go.
It is remarkable the features and functions the manufacturer has managed to squeeze into the casing of the Sumvision Yumi Pro; a miniature multimedia audio and movie player in the palm of your hand.
