Arrived today 12/01/2008. with the first hour camera was unpacked, set up and ready to use. Excellent instruction book with easy to follow steps for setup. Camera is lightweight funky and simple to operate. Battery charged up quickly and in no time I was snapping away. the product is very easy to use and the quality of the pictures is very good, I am no technical person, and I found it extremely easy to use. I love the camera and I am sure I will get excellent value for money with this product. L.M. Walmsley.

This is perfect for you if you want to take good quality home and holiday pics. It's a gorgeous colour, a shiny barbie pink slightly lighter than in the picture. Small but with a large screen size and the image quality is excellent. You can change the image quality if you want to fit more pictures on the internal memory before you've bought a SD card. I also found it extremely easy to use. I didn't even need the quickstart guide to figure out the settings and start snapping on Christmas morning! It would have been useful to have a little thin case to keep it in 'til you bought a proper one (for example my mobile came with a fabric slip) but I don't think this merits taking any stars off!
I don't know what image quality barclay wanted, but 7.2 megapixels is plenty for me!! Maybe he/she had it on a lower setting. My sister has a 4 mp camera which would have sufficed but 7.2 is perfect!

Got this camera from Amazon and gave it to my 10 year old daughter for finishing 11 plus exams. She thinks it is the best thing ever, takes great photos in any lighting, small and very girlie. Battery life great would buy one for myself but can borrow hers.

I bought this for my wife and it is a great little camera. It is compact, easy to use and produces excellent pictures. We took it to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon in late October and are VERY happy with the results. The tripod which comes with it is incredibly useful for night shots, the video is again, easy to use, the infra red facility to enable the swapping of photos is another excellent feature and, as a teacher, I'd highly recommend its purchase - particularly for those who do not want to spend lots of time reading a manual!

Ok , it's not the most expensive camera and it is packed with features but quite frankly the image quality is similar to that from a good mobile phone.
This is not the usual Fuji quality.
Suggest you read other reviews on the net before purchase.
