basically you get a rubber skin and a piece of flexible plastic stuff, thats it! wristband is really a dubious term for this product. it doesnt fasten in any way, presumably the plastic is meant to keep its shape to stop it falling off, frankly an elastic band would do a better job and be an awful lot cheaper.
