Ideal for your digital camera (SLR or bridge).......2008-01-09
If, like me, you have a digital camera with a fixed lens (I have a Fuji S9600) the real worry is that a even small scratch on your lens will ruin your camera.
I bought this item not so much as a polarising filter, I bought it to protect the camera lens. This is does just fine. The message being that a scratch on this filter would mean that I had to replace just the filter and whereas a scratch on the lens would be way more expensive.
Naturally, the polarising filter aspect is a bonus and it doesn't seem to cause any problems with either exposure or auto-focus features.
However, I have given it 4* and not 5* as it seems to be bit loose and rattley, but this doesn't seem to affect its use, performance, or its ability to last.

this is a great keyboard. bought as a replacement for one that didnt work so was happy when it arrived very quickly.

I have had a very different experience than that of most of the reviewers. I purchased this product after reading all the generally very good reviews but have found it to be completely useless!
Some days, when I'm feeling persistent I can spend up to 10 minutes trying to get the keyboard and mouse to connect - most days I give up and use my old wired keyboard and mouse. This product is extremely frustrating!

I bought this Keyboard in a package deal with the ACER P193W TFT monitor,
It was up and running within a few minutes. Its a very well made piece of kit with a desktop reciever instead of a dongle type receiver which in my eyes gives much better connectivity compared to the Dongle, it also comes with batteries which is an added bonus. The extra buttons around the keyboard really help esp the back-up buttons on the left, the only small problem that i can see is that the letters on the keys are smaller than usual. you won't find better value for money Buy one!!!
No Scroll-Lock - KVM users should avoid!!!.......2008-01-13
Out of the box this is a lovely bit of kit. The mouse and keyboard connect well with the discrete receiver (which has the option of using two PS/2 style connections or a single USB). However, Logitech "forgot" that some users need to use the Scroll-Lock button, either for software, or to directly control a KVM switch (keyboard-video-mouse switch). For software that needs the Scroll-Lock, there are some complicated workarounds that can be applied. However, KVM switches generally act directly on the scan codes from the keyboard and so PC based software fixes won't work. Mine went back to the shop as "Not Fit For Purpose". After all, the Scroll-Lock key has been there since IBM introduced the PC in 1981! Poor show, Logitech.
EX 110 Keyboard & Mouse.......2008-01-12
I have been using this keyboard and mouse for over 12months the keyboard has operated faultlessly,the mouse is good to use and fits the hand well.BUT!!! it uses up the batteries like there is no to-morrow The first set lasted only 1 month so I started using Rechargeable Ni-MH 2700 mAh they run for about 2 months then the mouse Just dies without warning.therefore Keyboard V good Mouse Poor,beware of this when buying and purchase a set of re-chargeable batteries as well.
