Freakishly big - but not very loud.......2007-12-18
After the recharging unit on my £9.95 Tesco headset broke I wanted to get a decent bluetooth unit.
Looking around review sites I found the Qstik EVOQ and was tempted. The significantly higher regular price (>£40) was no issue as I found an "open box" item on Amazon for only £21.
No need to rave about "Seamless conenction" and "easy setup" etc. That surely is a given with any bluetooth headset, isn't it?
Callers told me that the audio quality from my side was good, but I never really had a chance to experience the noise cancelling capabilities as the unit's volume is so low (even at maximum) that I had serious difficulties hearing the caller at the other end in the first place.
My biggest (!) gripe though is that the product is a monster size- and weight-wise. I won't feel a big relief anymore taking it off as I've returned it.
No I've spent even more and bought a Nokia BH-803.
Qstik EVOQ Bluetooth DSP Headset.......2007-08-20

I have only owned my device for a short time, but have been hugely impressed so far. I was surprised to find a Bluetooth device that connects seamlessly to my mobile phone and has great sound and voice transmission at the same time - not to mention the design, which is also very innovative.

The best feature of the EVOQ for me is the incoming and outgoing noise cancellation which has already helped me out on a few business calls made in Paddington Station!

The EVOQ Bluetooth headset from Qstik is a well designed piece of kit that is really easy to use and does a great job of cancelling out any background noise while driving along in the car. It makes it far easier to make those all important calls while driving and you can even listen to the radio whilst speaking with the recipient being none the wiser. It's also very easy to link to your mobile and has a talk time that appears to last forever. The design, which is different to most Bluetooth headsets on the market today, also makes it a stylish and comfortable headset to use in any situation.
