Excellent buy this charger now.......2008-01-11
This was better than I expected and absolute bargain and works a treat on the 80G Apple ipod - don't waste your money on an expensive Apple product. Very quick delivery from the seller (3 days) and good communications.

Bought one of these before Christmas for my new 3rd gen iPod Nano - I went with all_mobile_stuff who answered my questions before purchasing, and even changed my order to a white charger on request, after the order had been placed!
I had a different brand with another iPod Nano, from a high street store as part of a bundle deal - and it didn't work! Get this instead.

This charger is brilliant. It cost me #4.99 incl. p&p and it's worth every penny. Don't spend more money on any other chargers (certainly not #20.00 for an Apple one!)because this does the job perfectly. It arrived the next day too!

Wow. For a penny, I honestly expected poor service. How I was proved wrong! This item arrived a day after it was dispatched, despite it being during the busy Christmas period. This seller is completely honest and is a credit to Amazon third party sellers. This is my first order from a third party seller on Amazon, and I am not disappointed.
The product is exactly as described and will come in very useful for my New iPod 8gb Nano which I will be receiving from Amazon tomorrow. When I read that a mains charger didn't come with it, my heart sunk. But I looked around, and found this little beauty for just a penny (plus P&P). I expected it to arrive a few days after Christmas, but I am delighted to say it has beaten Amazon's delivery speed hands down. I have tried it on my sister's iPod, it works fine, and I couldn't be happier. What a great Christmas present for me. Thank you very much.

Unlike one of the other reviewers of this product mine works fine. The only downside was a tight fit in the plug socket - I don't think it is manufactured perfectly for the UK market.
Iffy electronics.......2007-04-02
I bought one of these a while ago, the 3 pins dont fit perfectly into sockets they have to be forced a bit, no worries i thought. But I left my ipod charging overnight the otherday and 2 days later without any use it had completely discharged. It may just be a fault with my charger only, or a generic fault, but the anti over charge system doesnt work and has messed up my ipod battery. Perhaps worth paying a bit more for something that definitely works.

It seems good, but the manufacturer's description is all wrong! It describes an iPod nano wristband. I might invest in buying it only because it's very cheap.

A good charging kit.......2007-09-07
This works fine. I've had no problems. The wall plug is relatively small and light. When my ipod battery was low I plugged this in and I was instantly able to use the ipod again - but plugged in. It charges up quite quickly and is more convenient than plugging into the Mac every time. Maybe the extention cord could be longer but it is after all a lightweight and cheap product. Good value.

although the p&p was £4 when i bought it !
i leave the cig light adapter in the car, and the wire in my pocket / bag at all times.
have never had any problems in the car, or connecting to a pc. excellent stuff. not too good charing at the wall, sometimes takes a while to start charging which can be frustrating when your in a hurry.
the price, compared to the official ipod chargers, it is very very competitive.
the quality - well, for a person that likes his/her ipod on the move, it is lightweight, and durable. (I am extremely clumsy and it has survived my mits!)
i would recommend to all and sundry
why not 5 stars? because of the slight issues with the wall, but i do fine with the car / pc option
Blew up when plugged in!!.......2007-07-03
1st use and it blew up with flash and a bang and tripped house power!! Poor quality product with cheep and nasty plastics etc. Stay well clear, and that comes from a Firefighter and qualified Electrician!!!
