This watch is tacky and ugly........2007-11-27
Admittedly the time keeping is not too bad (although certainly not the best), but the piece is a pure abomination; an eyesore of magnificent proportions. Mr T would have put this on and said "I pity the fool who has to wear this cheap piece of ugly trash on their wrist, for they truly love inferior accessories. And I ain't getting on no plane".
The upshot is that this is a very ugly watch. I would happily knock and scratch just for an excuse to throw it away.

i brought this watch cos i needed a cheap watch i could wear at work which is some what a physical job, so if it got damaged i wouldn't care too much compared to a expensive watch, but ever sinced i recieved it, iv done nothing but make sure it doesn't get scratched or even knocked, i thinks it looks like a quality watch with the analogue time keeping as well the digital display underneath the analogue, it has so some great featues aswell such you can store up to 30 numbers on it, it has a world time opton, 3 alarms, stop watch and countdown timer. So it has alot of features, isn't too expensive and look somewhat quality Great Buy!!

Good cheap watch.......2007-10-11
I bought this watch mainly as it was cheap and because the dial body is square. As far as features go it has a stop watch, world time functionality, date, 30 number storage AND the Casio 10 year battery. It doesn't look too cheap and looks reasonably modern. The strap is okay - I have thin wrists and there are still several holes left over so it should fit anyone. The light is bright orange and almost bright enough to read by! It has kept excellent time for the several months that I have owned it so far and I am happy with my purchase. The only problem I have with it is that the case is quite thick so it feels very tight when I wear shirts with cufflinks.
8/10 - it's good and it's cheap.

I bought this watch based on pictures from the web. I can assure you these do not do the watch justice, the face surround is polished and compliments the two tone face extremely well, also the stap is comfortable. If your looking for a slimline stylish watch, buy this!

Poor watch and risk of no refund.......2008-01-16
I've never has a problem with a Casio World Time watch before but when I took this one out of the tin (yes it comes in a tin) it was impossible to set the time. I returned it immediately to the supplier for a refund. In order to discover that it didn't work I had to open the tin and take the watch out of its packing. This may mean I don't get a refund because the refund policy says
"As stated in our returns policy all products must be sent back unopened and unused in its original as good as new condition, with all contents in tact."
With solar power it will last more than a decade.......2007-06-06
Provided that the resin bracelet last, I am pretty confident that I will have the same watch in 15 years as it is solar. This buy was a renewal of my previous (badly treated during all sort of activities...) 11 years old G-shock as battery was dead and bracelet was breaking in some places around the display (so just an aesthetic problem).
Enjoy very much the automatic lighting; it is very handy when riding the bike at night.
The only negative things I have to mention are: I also would have liked to see a display with DD/MM/YYYY rather than the MM/DD/YYYY American one.
Overall I am very happy with the value for money of this watch. I advised it to any people who like their watch but do not want/can't be so careful about it

I ordered this a couple of weeks ago. I have had only one problem since then and that is that Amazon have reduced the price by nearly twenty quid since then!
The watch is great, very simple to use and very accurate thanks to the radio controlled time-keeping function. However, the vest thing about this watch is how it looks. The design is a little nerdy but that iis my taste, not too fat either! Overall I am really glad I bought this.......hope it helps

Almost perfect.......2008-01-18
I bought this watch after searching for a back lit dial for night fishing after my trusty Timex gave up, so after reading the revues and seeing it was an easily read dial I decided to risk it.BEST WATCH I HAVE OWNED!! I wear it all the time, both for work in industry and leisure. It still looks smart for going out, no scratches to the dial whilst using glass grinding machines and no problems with use working with and around water.The title "Almost perfect" is because, like another revuer, I would have prefered a back lit dial, but the luminous fingers stay bright for ages and are easily recarged with a torch or light and are easy to see. Excellent!
Pluses and Minuses.......2007-11-25
After 2 months useage,
Plusses are: perfect timekeeping, good strap, lightweight,good power storage.
Minuses are: Plastic watchglass which is already badly scratched, bulky, poor visibility of day/date (obscured by minute hand), servicing: small print says 'O' ring seal on back has to be renewed every 2-3 years (expensive job), watch body is NOT all titanium, size of strap links means that it's difficult to get a good fit, functions not user-friendly.

Does everything one could want of a watch. Sets itself to super accurate correct time every day. Water proof. solar powered. adjusts itself for leap years, daylight saving time, irregular month lengths. adjusts itself automatically when you travel to Europe. Has multiple alarms including a discrete hourly beep which can all be turned on or off as required. I still take a strange delight in the hour beep going off EXACTLY in time with the radio time signal. Apart from snobbery why would anyone buy any other watch?

I think that this is a very good looking watch ( I've always thought Casio watches are good value for money) its a nice expensive looking watch (which at this price is not). Spot on for timing to the second updated each day. It should have 5 stars but the reason why its lost one star is that only the little date/digital time segment at the bottom lights up, if the whole dial lit up it would have 6 stars. I have had mine for over a year now and its screen has no scratches, for me this is excellent the glass must be toughened. It took me 5 minutes to ajust the strap to fit Perfectly.

This is a superb watch.
the time is spot on, of course. It's light but strong, looks good, it's comfortable, needs no batteries as it recharges with sun light or artifical light. It has lots of functions. The hands glow in the dark for quite some time. I've worn it swimming too. It's good value, a great investment. I really can't fault it.
