Music automatically pauses when a call comes in and when the call ends, the music resumes play. The Motorola HT820 removes the need to carry headphones for listening to music and a separate mono Bluetooth headset for handsfree voice communication, by integrating a microphone into the Bluetooth stereo headphones for use with voice calling. The advanced DSP technology within the BlueCore3-Multimedia (BlueCore3-MM) chip significantly reduces background noise and echo and allows the headset to switch between paired devices. The headphones can receive music from any Bluetooth-enabled device that supports the new Advance Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), thus widening the range of potential music sources.
When paired to a Bluetooth product that supports the Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), a touch of the headphone?s multifunction button is all that is required to pause music being streamed to the HT820 and answer an incoming call. Once the call is finished, one touch of the same button hangs up the call and resumes the stereo music stream from the point where it was interrupted. This means that users will no longer miss calls if they are listening to music and no longer need to remove their headphones to answer or make a call, without compromising on sound quality.
The lightweight, ergonomic Motorola HT820 provides premium communication and music connectivity with minimized background noise and reliable battery power.

Does what it says.......2008-01-02
Had them delivered today and took about 5 minutes to set up. Am amazed at the sound quality and build for this price. I nearly bought a set from Waitrose for £35 but dongle was missing, I'm glad it was, as these are far superior. All in all I'm well pleased and looking forward to using them with my Ipaq PDA.

This is a great headset, good sound quality and bluetooth connection, perfect for using with the ps3 better then those sinlge ear things that feel like there eating your ear. Mic is great on max setting picks up alot of sound and on medium setting it only picks up my voice no background sound. great product great price
Brilliant value compared to wired headphones.......2007-12-31
Been looking for wireless headphones for a while, when I realised that these would cover both my PC and phone. So much fun for so little cash!
Pros:
- very easy setup
- using A2DP, the stereo is excellent (to my untrained ear)
- mike pickup is much better than expected. Its nice not to have a stupid boom sticking in your face!
- works with Nokia, etc, not just Moto phones. I have a Nokia 6120 Classic.
- more convenient than over-the-head phones
- plenty of remote controls - stop,pause,skip back/forward, etc.
- battery life better than expected. Played several hours worth of music, and haven't yet had to recharge them a week later. Great when you're used to charging your phone every 48 hours...
- as cool as my daughter's iPod, but for 1/6th the cost. :-)
Cons:
- weight sits on top of ears, so they can become uncomfortable after 30-60 mins or so. But then again, that's about as long as I manage with standard headphones.
- I had some connectivity issues with PC but not with phones, so I think that's my USB dongle's fault, not the Motorolas.
- The mike suppresses some frequencies heavily, presumably to dampen in-car noise. Not a problem, but not as crisp as using the phone directly.
Overall, considering Skype headsets cost around a tenner, £18 for Bluetooth headphones has to be 5 out of 5 stars, even with the minor niggles.

Bought from Amazon Market place seller. Arrived very quickly. Took about 10 seconds to pair with my Moto Krzr K1 phone. Sound quality for both music and phone calls is fantastic for the price. Have also used with a Samsung P2 mp3 player to great effect. Neck band style might not appeal to everyone and although I'm not small (6ft 2, with 61cm head circumference), had no problems with fitting of headphones. Yours ears get used to them after 5 minutes and they seal around your ears very well.
My advice? Go and buy them.....

The quality of the headphones are brilliant, the sound quality is superb - Good bass, Good treble, excellent clarity. BUT The design is crap...that is the ONE MASSIVE let down!
Once you wear the Headphones, you think Wow! Then you look into the mirror.... They stick out like alien ears, and no i'm not joking! SO many people - friends & Family have worn them and it really degrades thier appearance. The headphones also have a bad support for you ears because after half an hour it starts to really ache behind your ears, at first i thought i would get used to them but that was wrong, it still hurts if i wear them.
A good light-weight product is motorola's other series which is "Motorola S9" it is fantastic.

I purchased these headphones to use whilst riding my bike. They are quite useless when you are on the move quickly. Constantly breaking up a real pain. They are great at walking pace and when just chilling out.
I use mine with a Motorola Z3. Except when on the bike!!!

It sounded like a good idea at the time. I bought these at the same time as a Samsung i600 smartphone. I've just been in my kitchen and with both the phone and headphones set to 'max' the sound produced is drowned out by the kettle boiling. I'd hoped to try and use them on a gym treadmill but they have no chance overpowering a gym sound system.
This volume issue may be just the phone sending out low volume levels. I can't check it against my brand new Microsoft Vista Laptop because Microsoft don't do A2DP bluetooth drivers - so don't expect to use the headphones with a laptop without major technical surgery.
When the package arrives, you will find a leaflet advising you to keep the bluetooth transmitter above waist height and within 1 foot of your body, also to avoid the back band from touching your neck (reception). Suddenly wires don't seem so bad after all.
To make matters worse, as I was waiting for the package to arrive, I saw them being advertised by David Beckham. Now I can't even be seen with them on in public.
All in all, only buy them as a gift if you're concerned that the recipient is at risk of tinitis. With these there is no chance.

Pama Bluetooth Stereo Headphones Including 3.5MM Dongle A few years ago I realised how useful it would be to have a wireless music player and now thanks to Pama and bluetooth technology its arrived The headphones are nice and light and not too big and annoying in fact they look pretty damn good. Instead of wearing it on top of your head they slide around the back of your neck and hook over your ear to fit securely in place. The best feature about these bluetooth headphones (apart from the wireless thing) is that all the controls are on the side of the right earpiece meaning you can skip tracks and change the volume using the headset itself pretty clever. The only fault I can really find with this product is the size of the bluetooth dongle. I tested it with my game boy micro my CD walkman and an Ipod Nano and it s pretty hefty compared to all of them. If the dongle itself were half the size it d be on the right tracks. Unfortunately as nice as the headset is the dongle would make me think twice about buying it then again I m fussy like that. Summary A nice solution to wireless music. It s a good looking headset which is lightweight and portable but the bluetooth dongle lets the side down. If you just want to have your mp3 player in your pocket at the gym and work out without the wires it s perfect. If you re anything like me and think smaller and discreet is better this might not be the one for you. Very pleased with the ease of use of these headphones, and the quality is also superb. However, the only problem appears to be sound leakage - even at a relatively low volume people around me complain that they get the "walkman on a train" syndrome, where they can hear the high frequencies. Other than that, I would recommend them as for the price, you can't go wrong.
