I was searching for speakers to match the small size of my Shuffle and these seemed just what I'd been looking for. But once I took it out of the box I found it was amazingly hard to remove the Shuffle from the speakers. You have to pull horizontally and vertically at once; pull too hard in any direction and you'll break either the speakers or the Shuffle. By about the fifth removal the headphone jack came out from the Pocket Party Shuffle - no worries - just slot it in and it looks fine and works. But within a couple of months my Shuffle only started playing music from one speaker/headphone - somehow that jack had damaged the inside of the Shuffle's headphone socket! Apple replaced the Shuffle but really, it's a bad design for an otherwise amazing product. If only they'd designed it so that the Shuffle slid horizontally in and out and clipped in some other way...

This piece of kit for the ipod shuffle is amazing, although the sound is quite tinny, for the size it is great.

The item looks great and is the must have accessory for the shuffle.

PocketParty - very very small and neat!!!!!.......2005-07-23

I was really excited to discover that finally some speakers were available that were just as small as my ipod shuffle. Other speakers all seemed comically large compared to my shuffle. The shuffle sits very neatly into the 'dock' making the design best to none. The sound quality is suprisingly good considering it only needs one AA battery!! A bit tinny when at full volume though.
Taking the shuffle off the speakers is a bit fiddly but I'm sure it takes a bit of getting used to.
Overall I love the compact design of these speakers and the fact that nothing sticks out! The speakers are super small and can be carried in your pocket!
AM WELL PLEASED!!!!
