When you are recording or mixing your music you need the room and the equipment in that room to be totally isolated from the room and also the furniture. These isolation pads help you to do that. They are all made of high density foam and a capable of withstanding heavy loads stably. By isolating your monitors you will increase the quality of your music as it will reduce vibrations from the monitors to the furniture they are stood on. A . M . I . stands for Advanced Monitor Isolators. They isolate your monitors from their surroundings such as what they are sat on. This stops the furniture around you from clouding the mix. It also helps reduce reverberation that comes from furniture. They are not only used for monitors but also equipment such as CD players, amps, mixing decks etc. The A . M . I . can take a weight of (40kg). There are 4 pads per kit. The pads are 4.5 (114mm) wide and 14 (355mm) long. These isolation pads are flat so if the monitors are at the same height as your head then these are the pads you require. The WAVE Acoustic tile is available in two designs, the Mono WAVE and the Multi WAVE. The MONO Wave has the profile cut into the tile in one direction. The Multi WAVE with the profile cut into the tile in both directions which can be seen in the picture. Both styles of tile can be mixed to create a truly unique looking recording room or rehearsal room. The tile size is 30" (762mm) by 30" (762mm). The tiles have a base of 2" (50mm) and boast a peak height of 4" resulting in outstanding performance. Because of the profile of the tiles they absorb along the whole frequency range. This creates balanced absorption along the full bandwidth especially at low frequencies where it is more difficult to treat. Because of the shape of the tile there is a larger surface area than other acoustic tiles. This is done without cutting down on foam thickness resulting in the unwanted reflections being soaked up much easier and without the need for so many tiles on the walls and ceiling. This leaves some of the wall exposed to help keep the room a little 'live' and keep colour. They have an NRC of 0.55 at 2" and 0.85 at 4". Each pack contains 6 tiles covering an area of 37.5 square feet (3.48sqm). They are available in charcoal grey only (HR).

The tiles are available in grey to match our other products and they are 10 (254mm), square tiles. These tiles are 1.5 (38mm) at the base and 3 75mm) at the peak. There are 54 tiles per pack covering an area of 37.5sqft (3.48sqm). They have the same profile as our budget F.A.T. tiles but because of their extra thickness they can perform much better at lower frequencies. Better absorption results in lowered reverberation, reduced reflections and ultimately defined recordings. You can set a higher standard with these acoustic tiles. Don't record without them (HR).
