This is a great headset. It is really comfortable, sound is superb and it's easy to use. Plus it is hardly noticeable as it's quite small...

I have gone through 6 headsets in the last 4 years and this is the best...

doesnt work on my main mobile phone, despite the manufacturers, sony ericsson phone, says on its website, and a bit fiddly in wearing aswell, so not so good at all

Only just recieved this. Very good design compact and comfortable. Seems to work very well.
Had ordered the Jabra 500, worked well but who wants a silver tipped black bananna hanging from their ear? It was huge. Call accept switch seemed better positioned on the Jabra but I got used to the Sony switch in half a day. Difficult to tell from pictures but the unit is only around 6.cm high. The earpiece rotates to accomadate either left or right eared usage, the over ear piece is made of soft rubber, its flexible and is very comfortable to wear.
My teen aged kids laughed at the Jabra, they think this is very cool. Works great with XDA Orbit (asthetics work perfectly to).

I was much attracted by the reviews. But after a journey from Bristol to Scotland I realised that you can't wear it with glasses! I'm on the search now for another one...

More comfortable than other headsets.......2007-06-23

I have had several headsets over the years and have always had the same trouble - they never stay in my ear! The problem with them was that the main bulk of the headsets is attached to the in the ear part and I always found this made them fall out. The HBH-GV435 however has restored my faith in headsets as the main bulk of the weight goes behind your ear meaning there's no drag on the part that goes in your ear. I'm no longer driving along having to tilt my head to one side to try and keep the headset in, or constantly fiddling with it! Once it's on, you can almost forget it's there.

The sound quality seems fine - nothing too remarkable. I was trying to talk to my husband using the headset whilst driving with the windows down but it proved to be too much background noise for him so I had to put the windows up. I could hear him quite clearly however.

On a final note, my phone is a Sony Ericsson k800i and it paired up nice and easily with this headset. When I turn the headset on (providing bluetooth is on on my phone), the phone automatically pairs up with it, and also detexts when I turn the headset off. Very smooth!
