Cheap and basic.......2007-12-30
I bought this for Christmas. It works fine has no problem finding satellites but the mapping is not very up to date. For example a local junction where the right turn was prohibited over 20 years ago, you guessed it the satnav tells you to turn right. It also keeps trying to send me through a deep ford and there is no way of blocking this route but it does quickly re-calculate when I take the road to avoid it. Also a local hotel which closed 3 years ago and is now a housing development is listed in the POI's.
Finally you can't yet purchase the AC mains adaptor or the Traffic add on and the website states 2008 maps will be available soon.

Perfectly adequate system; a real boon to have so many handsets. I like the way all 4 'phones look the same; the base-station is distinguised only by the addition of a small green light.
The 4 handsets have independent phonebooks which makes setting-up time-consuming. If I had a criticism of the system in use it would be that the LCD displays are rather weedy and can be difficult to read.

Iv always had sony ericssons and wante to change, and what a change, this phone looks so great! its so thin and light, and has an amzing screen!
The menus look great, and when use to are so good to navigate.
some advantages that are listed are the battery life, well this isnt as bad as it sounds, it seems to last long enough for what i need to do.
also it doesnt vibrate an ring at same time, pretty silly thing to leave out lol.
But as my rating goes it a 9/10, reccommend this phone, great buy.
