bought this from new - crap! poor build quality means we now have to bang it on the desk in order to get a connection - loose wires at the back with insufficient clips to ho,ld them still means the wires flex and over time bugger up the connection.
I know its cheap - but that should'nt mean poor design.

Samsung appear to make good quality phones, with sturdy construction and good keypads. This phone is no exception; it is very well made and reception is always good. However, if you text more than a few times a week, either for pleasure or to save on call charges, this phone is a disaster. The texting software appears more archaic than the very first 'brick' phone i owned five years ago. There is no text-wrap on screen which makes reading messages harder, and the T9 predictive text facility offers no alternative words when it guesses wrongly from your spelling. This becomes infuriating very quickly and for this reason alone, i have updgraded to another phone within 3 months of buying it.
